Experticity kiosks provide live customer support 22 Jan 2008
When office supplies giant STAPLES recognized that custsomer demand in certain stores was outpacing the supply of customer service associates, the company decided to look for a self-service solution. For help, they turned to Experticity, an SSKA member.
The folks at Experticity immediately went to work. The problem: Finding a way to link customers in STAPLES stores with off-site customer service associates. In Sept. 2006, STAPLES began pilot testing Experticity's Live Video Agent kiosks. Click below to see how the kiosks fared.
