Retail outlets in Colorado were looking for a way to automate their ski lift ticket sales so their staff could focus on selling higher margin equipment and provide better service to their customers. The goal for Livewire was to develop a solution to all of this problem, resulting in significant benefit to all parties involved. The resullt was an automated lift ticketing system, with an emphasis on self-service, to deliver on-demand product with an inexpensive and robust delivery system.
